Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SHAHNAZ AZAM, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for all clients utilizing our services. Because our offerings fall strictly under the "Services" category, please read our cancellation and refund rules carefully.
- Cancellation Requests: Cancellations for booked services must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only if the service has not yet been rendered, or if there was a verifiable deficiency in service from our end that could not be resolved.
- Non-Refundable Services: Any services that have already been fully delivered, consumed, or downloaded are strictly non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the customer's original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.
